At the same time, there are dangers that exist as a direct result of those opportunities, including expectations of customers exceeding the organization’s capacity, risks associated with the use of communication technologies, for example, hacking, invasion of privacy concerns, sometimes resulting in lawsuits, etc, social media posts deemed inappropriate leading to loss of customers, lawsuits, etc.
