This paper is a well-referenced summary of various ideas related to Marxism and Liberalism. However, it is very short and lacks depth. It is very superficial and at times repeats itself, including whole paragraphs. There is no thesis statement or a title. You need to revise the paper, condense what you have so far — which is very high-level summary — and make an actual argument. At times you suggest that Marxism/Liberalism might be useful for interpreting events surrounding the Covid pandemic. That is one idea. You have a lot of citations of David Held, who wrote on the deficits of democratic capitalism and need for an international democracy. That is another idea. But you need to show some original research/argument and to rewrite the paper to make it coherent and eliminate formatting errors and repetition.
